verify or process.

Shipping and Handling Charges
- Abcink.com will NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees on their
order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you
have entered your shipping information and selected your shipping method.
If the shipping fee does NOT appear, please review your information
again or contact us after you have placed your order. You can contact

- In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please
be sure to enter the correct shipping method. Otherwise, your order
will be delayed. Please review the details of your order and inform
us of any mistakes so that we can expedite the processing of your order.

Shipping Terms & Conditions
All orders to be processed within approximately one to two "business"
days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the
payment verification. Abcink does not guarantee same day shipping.
Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on
Friday will be shipped on the Next Monday even air shipment.We strongly suggest you
DO NOT choose Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air as ship method on FRIDAY
ORDER!
In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.
Abcink requires an adult signature on any package over $200.00 in value.
Abcink does not accept WILL CALL currently.

Express signature require - additional of handling fee $12.00 per package.

Incorrect Delivery & Lost P ackage Claim
Incorrect delivery and lost package is defined as any incident where the carrier delivers the package to the wrong address or individual. Lost package may occur in two ways:
** All Free Standard shipping packages take 10 business days to arrive **
A. Package is not able to be located within the carrier network.
B. Package may be considered lost when the carrier claims delivery was completed by leaving on the doorstep, but package was never received.
Incorrect Parts & Missing Item Claim
It is our goal to supply the correct part every time, however, occasionally a customer will receive a part that is incorrect or be missing parts or items. In any of this situations, please contact us at customer-care@abcink.com immediately within 5 business days of the delivered date or we will not be able to accept the claim or return.

If you have received your order and an item is missing, please prepare the following information and notify us by e-mail immediately to customer-care@abcink.com. We will start the investigation and get back to you in 2-5 business days.
- Your order# and name
- A Copy or a scan of the packing slip
- Stamp(s) on the packing slip (E.g. PK#, QC#)
- Dimension of the shipping box (some boxes has it's dimension printed on the bottom) estimate
- A Digital picture of the received item inside shipping box
- A Digital picture of the shipping label on box or bag

In these circumstances we will put in a claim with the carrier and reship or refund the item once the carrier accepts the claim. It will take approximately 3 to 7 business days to investigate and settle.

General Policy for Returns:
At Abcink.com, we offer 100 % customer satisfactory guarantee. We allow
our customers to get an easier return than ever. Please email your RMA request to return@abcink.com
Here are the rules to follow for your return:
- You must request a return for refund within 30 days after the invoice date. No refunds after 30 days (45days
for international customers).
- Each return MUST have a RMA number, the "Return Merchandise
Authorization" number. Please write down the RMA number outside
of the box when you return your merchandise.
- One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different
items from different invoices, then you need to request for a different
RMA number for your returns.
- When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier
that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned
item. abcink.com will not be responsible for any shipping loss from
your side.
- Customer must inform abcink.com of any order discrepancy within 7
days of the delivery date for accurately investigator. Physical damage
to any product will void the product's warranty and the RMA Policy.
- All return (s) must have the original packaging and accessories.
- The shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for
return shipping costs and insurance; Hence abcink.com will not reimburse
any customer return shipping cost.
- Please allow 2-7 business days to process your return.
- abcink.com reserves right to refuse the service that void the return
policy.
- Please note that not all items are covered by our return policy.
We suggest you read the complete return policy before you make
your purchase.
Return Policy for Refunds
You may return most items sold by abcink.com within 30 days from the
invoice date (45days for international customers) for a full refund. Please
include the following information: a copy of your invoice; if you don't
have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number or
RMA number. Please note that all items for a refund must be returned in
"as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories,
blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. A 15% restocking
fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result
of your error.
We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any DV tape, software, video game, or cassette tape that has been
opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged,
or is missing parts.
- Any DVD and CD media that has been custom printed by customers on
the surface of the media.
- Any DVD or CD samplers.
- Any photo papers that has been printed or used.
Return Policy for Exchange or Replacement:
At Abcink.com, we take six months warranty for product replacement
or exchange. If you would like an exchange, the item(s) returned need
to be unused/unopened and within warranty. You will also need to include
the item(s) with the code number that you would like. If there is a difference
in the cost, please refer to the payment method for the difference. If you
do not include the required information with your return you will be contacted
by one of our customer support representatives. Replacement can be made
for the same products and same brand (e.g. cd-r, dvd-r, ink cartridge and
memory card and etc.).
Warranty Information:
Please note that we have a 30 days money back warranty and all products
are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty. Please note that
warranty periods and services vary from manufacturer and product.
Return Shipping Cost:
In order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a
refund for any return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s)
back to us at your cost for us to process your request for either a refund
or exchange.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return
is the result of your error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Canceled order or address errors:
Please note that once the order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled or changed. You can submit your request to
customer-care@abcink.com . We DO NOT guarantee the order can be cancelled or modified. If you would like to return the item after you received it, please refer to our return policy. Please DO NOT refuse the package if you can't
cancel an order. This may result in a 15% restocking fee charge when we
process the returned packages.
Return Procedure:
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the
guarantee return period for the products, and all RMA must be submitted
to return@abcink.com.
abcink.com will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA
number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed
on the shipping box. If the original order was paid with a credit card,
please enter the credit card number on the RMA request form so that the
credit will be applied correctly.
Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to abcink.com.
Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss
for the return products during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned
products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include
the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided
by the manufacture. abcink.com will reject the entire return or may choose
to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the
missing component. The same applies if the product has scratches, dents
or excessive wear. Please allow 2 to 7 business days to process your returns.
All Clearance products (e.g. floppy disk, refurbished, new and opened
box items) purchased from abcink.com will not be accepted for returns.
